CUT to SVG
CUTDr. Halo file formats are 8-bit, device-independent raster image files which were used for data interchange. The Dr. Halo III Paint program provided users on MS-DOS computers with the ability to design 256-color images. Conversion with PrizmDoc enables users to create accurate renderings of these files in PDF, JPEG, PNG, SVG and TIFF format for easier storage, viewing, and sharing.
SVGScalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is an XML-based vector image format for two-dimensional graphics with support for interactivity and animation. The SVG specification is an open standard developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) since 1999.
