HTML documents have existed since 1990 when Tim Berners Lee introduced them to the broader internet as web pages. That said, for offline file retention, markup, and redaction, using PrizmDoc API services to convert HTML and HTML files to PNG, PDF, JPEG, or SVG formats is not just easy to do, it's recommended.
JPEG
JPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group, the people that invented the .jpg standard. JPGs are ideal for storing web graphics or digital photos. Converting a .jpg or JPEG file to PDF, SVG, or PNG with PrizmDoc might be required to overcome fidelity issues, or to gather multiple images as a single file. The image, header and metadata are all maintained.
*When converting muti-page documents to JPEG, PNG, or SVG file formats, only the first page of the document will be converted. THIS IS A DEMO ONLY RESTRICTION. The full featured product allows you to dictate how multi-page documents are converted.
