Many businesses that use fax machines store electronic versions of the faxes they received. NCR files aren't a common format which people generally have viewing applications for. Using PrimDoc to convert them to more common formats like TIFF or JPG enables businesses to find information from faxed contracts and other documents.
JPEG
JPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group, the people that invented the .jpg standard. JPGs are ideal for storing web graphics or digital photos. Converting a .jpg or JPEG file to PDF, SVG, or PNG with PrizmDoc might be required to overcome fidelity issues, or to gather multiple images as a single file. The image, header and metadata are all maintained.
*When converting muti-page documents to JPEG, PNG, or SVG file formats, only the first page of the document will be converted. THIS IS A DEMO ONLY RESTRICTION. The full featured product allows you to dictate how multi-page documents are converted.
