MSG to JPEG
MSGEmails, contacts, appointments, and tasks from Microsoft Outlook often include important information which needs to be preserved as a record. Although EML files might be viewable in your organization today in their native format, converting them to PNG, JPG, or TIFF format is often more effective for filing in a document repository, or for sharing with privileged users on mobile devices, Macs, or that don't have Outlook installed on them.
JPEGJPEG stands for Joint Photographic Experts Group, the people that invented the .jpg standard. JPGs are ideal for storing web graphics or digital photos. Converting a .jpg or JPEG file to PDF, SVG, or PNG with PrizmDoc might be required to overcome fidelity issues, or to gather multiple images as a single file. The image, header and metadata are all maintained.
*When converting muti-page documents to JPEG, PNG, or SVG file formats, only the first page of the document will be converted. THIS IS A DEMO ONLY RESTRICTION. The full featured product allows you to dictate how multi-page documents are converted.
